About Josh Gade

Born in Miami and raised in the Northeast, Josh has always had a passion for helping people and creating great experiences. After his high school studies, Josh went back to Florida to the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, and another in French. 

After graduating, Josh got an opportunity to pursue restaurant management in New York where he ran a large scale operation in Midtown, then graduated to general management, opening and operating several health food concepts all over the city. Eventually, he merged into HR and people support roles, in which he could still help people, but manage work life balance more efficiently. 

Josh’s passion for people made Real Estate an almost obvious transition upon his return in 2020 (once again) to Florida’s best city, Miami! As an urbanite, Josh naturally gravitates towards Brickell, where he currently lives and works. He specializes in residential sales in all the amazing condos the neighborhood has to offer. Josh genuinely loves helping people find their dream space in this amazing, vibrant, and evolving neighborhood in the heart of Miami!

In his free time, Josh loves to explore all of Miami’s amazing neighborhoods through food, trying to hit as many restaurants as possible. He also enjoys the gym and going to Brickell Run Club every Tuesday night. When not out and about, snuggles with his fur baby are the highlight of the day.
