About Sebastian Echeverri

Sebastian focuses on investment properties, land, and new developments. As an avid investor himself, Sebastian understands how to analyze a property from every angle. He loves numbers and enjoys calculating the value and returns of a property, and participating in the building and design of the new developments he sells. With a wide sphere of influence, Sebastian also has a knack for finding off-market investment properties such as land, and multi-families which make him indispensable to his investor clients. 

Sebastian’s interest in real estate was sparked from a young age and naturally he got his real estate license at the age of 19. A Miami native with a Colombian background, Sebastian is fluent in English & Spanish and he specializes in servicing both domestic and foreign investors, buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties. His junior studies led him abroad to Switzerland where he attended TASIS and then back to the University of Miami where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism. 

In his spare time, Sebastian enjoys exploring Miami’s newest restaurants, going to the beach, playing basketball, watching soccer, traveling and going to Heat games!
